Cancellation Policies

  • If you know that you cannot come to a lesson please call me at 505-977-8319 or email me at Ms.RachelSchlesinger@gmail.com

  • Lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the lesson.

  • If you cancel before 24 hours, you will receive one make-up lesson voucher for the cancelled lesson and it can be used for four weeks after the missed lesson.

  • To use the voucher, call or email me to schedule a make-up lesson for whichever day or time we are both free.

  • If I need to miss a lesson I will contact you at least 24 hours ahead of time to reschedule or give you a makeup voucher.

  • If less than 24-hour cancellation notice is given for any reason, the lesson is forfeited by the student, and no makeup lesson will be scheduled. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

  • No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances.

  • Music stand (for home practice)

  • Metronome*

  • Tuner*

  • Cleaning cloth*
